Dr. Devine graduated from the Southern College of Optometry in 1983. He was owner of Optique Eyewear which merged with EyeCare Specialties in 1996. He is Past President of the Nebraska Optometric Association, member of the American Optometric Association and has served on the Board of Directors for the Heart of America Contact Lens Society in Kansas City. He was chosen as Young Optometrist of the year in 1988 and Optometrist of the year in 1997 by the Nebraska Optometric Association. Dr. Devine is married and has four children.
