Dr. Sandman earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Optometry in 1995, and has been with EyeCare Specialties since 1995. He is a member of the Nebraska Optometric Association, and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Sandman  is a member and Past President of the Beatrice Jaycees, and on the Beatrice Public Library Foundation Board. Dr. Sandman is married and has three children.
