The staff is super friendly and helpful. The doctor definitely knows her stuff and is great to work with. The cost was comparable to what I had paid previously at Target Optical.

Got my new glasses. They are a game changer. Dr Dorn suggested we change my bifocal lenses to make it easier to read the computer screen. Thank you ECS. Clair Hoesing

If I could give the people here 6 stars I absolutely would. Were extremely kind and helpful with my situation. Went above and beyond to help me find a solution and were sure to give me any info I'd need. Can not recommend this location more. Absolutely go here if you need any eye care.

Incredibly friendly staff, literally everyone I worked with, from the front desk rep, the eye tech, the doctor, and the aftercare rep; they make the process smooth and I would recommend them to anyone needing eyecare.

Dr. Brightman is amazing! I’ve seen many eye doctors before, but she is the only one who clearly explained the cause of my vision problems. This is the first time I’ve received glasses that actually work for me.

My experience that Eyecare Specialties PC was very good afterwards the doctor talk to me make sure I understood some things about my eyes before she let me go. I appreciated that very much so I have been other places where they did not say anything about my eyes like they should have and she did.

The staff were so friendly, and when I came back in a week later they said hi to me by name. They were also very understanding of my financial situation and helped me through the process, working with me to make the best of what I could afford. I am really astonished. You don't find customer service like that at many places anymore.

Extremely happy with my visits to this location. Dr Sean Stille is wonderful. I anm also equally pleased with the assistance I received during the ordering process with Dulce and Kaitlin. They both have great attention to the details when ordering new lenses or glasses. Great service and happy to return next year

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Brian Brightman and the staff at the Superior Office in Lincoln. Dr. Brightman has been more helpful and knowledgable about my dry eye syndrome than any opthomologist I was referred to, he is amazing. All of the staff at the Superior office have been top-notch. From the person who answers the phone to the front desk and the staff that do the testing and assist with picking out and fitting your glasses. Everyone is so kind and helpful and when I needed urgent assistance they went out of their way to get ahold of Dr. Brightman and working me in to the schedule to be seen as quickly as possible. I would recommend this office to everyone!

I highly recommend this clinic! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming when I arrived and the check in process was very easy. I had done my check-in online, so that definitely helped, but nonetheless, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly during check-in. My eye exam was a wonderful experience, as well! Very knowledgeable team that is caring, engaging, and helpful. And choosing my frames was actually enjoyable! I had a wide variety of frames to choose from and the gal that helped me was very patient with me in choosing frames and helpful in explaining insurance benefits, as well. I got my glasses in just under two weeks. Highly recommend!
